After graduating with a bachelors degree
in Mass Communications from UCLA, Kendyl started with Proctor
& Gamble in the Food Products Division. She moved to M&M
Mars as a sales manager after being aggressively recruited
by several companies. Eventually, however, Kendyl was lured
by the excitement and challenge of the Real Estate Industry.
As an explanation for the change Kendyl
says, "There is nothing more exhilarating than helping
people buy and sell their personal homes. What I do everyday
makes a huge difference in people's lives. In the corporate
world it is hard to make that kind of impact."
Kendyl began her impressive career by
becoming a multi-million dollar producer in sales her first
year. She also received the "Distinguished Achievement
Award" for her outstanding service in her first year,
and has continued to earn numerous regional, national and
office awards, including her recent title of "International
Presidents Elite" the highest recognition given.
The secret of her success, she claims,"Is
really no secret! Success comes from hard work and lots of
self motivation. You need to have the burning desire to succeed,
and you will. Every year I set goals for myself, and for the
most part, I accomplish them. You need to go that extra mile
for your clients and do whatever needs to be done. I care
about my clients and make them #1, and provide for them a
service that goes beyond the realm of merely selling the house."
